Taylac Fire Management are working to provide a fast, reliable and competitively priced service for those who are responsible for the management of flats to assist in obtaining the necessary EWS1 forms required by mortgage lenders. Our service begins with a Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) being carried out by professionals from our associate company, who have been trained within the Fire and Rescue Service and have achieved qualifications within the Institution of Fire Engineers. The FRA will identify the fire safety standards within the building and will assess the external fascia’s, they also will identify any further examinations of the fabric of the building that may be required. If the results of the fire risk assessment deem that the materials used toon the exterior walls are unlikely to support combustion, then we can sign your EWS1 form.
However should any remedial action be required to satisfy the requirements of the EWS1 advice will be given within the FRA. With the. remedial action highlighted you will then need to confer with a chartered engineer who is registered with the institution of fire engineers (IFE) as they will then need to sign the EWS1 form.

We do of course deal with all other properties falling within the scope of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 offering Fire Risk Assessments and staff training either on site or on-line.
